It's somehow refreshing and comforting to don a clean white lab coat.
Even if the experiments don't do what you wanted them to do.

By the way- very few people came to the 4th-of-July Barbecue. It was a
disappointing flop. I'll be eating the leftover hamburgers for the next
month, I think! So much for hosting parties. I give up.
